Not as far as I can remember- you just pay sales tax on a vehicle when you buy it. You have to pay certain County taxes to get a WC sticker each year.
Spuds maybe you can tell me something, In order to get tags for your vehicle, doesnt hte DMV chech to see if you have paid your property taxes? Or did I just make this up in my dreams? Im not sure about it?

Well in that case, this sticker does have a plus side. Getting people to pay there property taxes will help things out. But under the circumstances this tax is being used, I still do not agree with it whatsoever.
